HOW DO I ORDER?
From the home page left side select a product category to expand the product selection until you locate an item you wish to add to your shopping cart, continuing until finished to check-out. Or if you know the stock numbers of the items you wish to purchase then click on the "quick order form" link on the top of the page and fill in the stock numbers & quantities desired.
 
HOW MUCH IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
The minimum order is only $10.00, except wholesale members minimum order is $100.00, and international customers minimum order is $500.
 
HOW DO I LOG-IN TO THE WHOLESALE SECTION?
For user name enter your customer number 01-????? (using the last 5 digits following the 01- leaving out the two leading zeros if your number is 7 digits long). For your first time entry use the temporary password 123 and once you are entered you should change your password & update your profile if necessary, and select "member" for membership type.  Your customer number is located above your address on our invoices, or you can call us toll free at 888-THE-KILN & we'll look up your customer number.
 
HOW CAN I EXPLORE THE WHOLESALE SECTION?
If you are planning to open a business that qualifies for wholesale prices, and need this information as part of your research, enter a user name of 01-03950 and the password of 123 to gain entry. Then when you are ready to start your business or otherwise qualify for wholesale membership, please us call toll free at 888-THE-KILN so we can set up your account.
 
WHO QUALIFIES FOR WHOLESALE PRICES?
Anyone who is doing their ceramics, crafts or hobbies as a business such as contemporary or traditional reseller stores, giftmakers, or crafters in business to make a profit. Wholesale orders must be $100.00 minimum, with yearly total minimum purchases of $1,000.00 to maintain wholesale membership.
 
CAN I ORDER PICK-UP MY ORDER INSTEAD OF SHIPPING IT OUT?
Since it is not necessary to pack pick-up orders, you will save the packing & handling charge. When checking out select "phone order" instead of another payment method so we can remove the packing & handling charge and add any additional items you select when you pick-up your order. Indicate when you will be picking up your order in the special instructions message box.
 
CAN I ORDER FROM OUTSIDE CONTIGUOUS USA?
International orders are welcome, but we do not pay the freight, packing & handling charges still apply, and orders must be over $500.00 minimum. To order simply fill your shopping cart & check out using your credit card. We will e-mail you the shipping alternative costs & provide a freight charge invoice per your selection. Any taxes or duties on your order imposed by your country are your responsibility. This includes orders from Alaska, Canada, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, & the rest of the world.
